Cancellation Policy
This is the cancellation policy for bookings made on booking.transfersmanager.ai; the operator handling your transfer may have different terms, which we confirm before charging you.
Our cancellation policy is always measured against the pickup time:
Free cancellation
Cancel 24 hours or more before the pickup time and we refund 100% of what you paid.
Short-notice cancellation
Between 12 and 24 hours before pickup we refund 50%: by then the vehicle and the driver are already reserved for you.
Late cancellation
Less than 12 hours before pickup no refund applies, because the service can no longer be reassigned to another passenger.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled
You do not pay for what is outside your control. We track your flight: if it is delayed we adjust the pickup time at no cost; if it is cancelled or diverted we refund 100% even at short notice. Just give us the flight number when you book.
No-show
Not showing up at the pickup point without telling us carries no refund: the vehicle was there.
Child Seats
Booked child seats are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
